VBS - Wild About God’s Plan
What an amazing day we shared at our Camp Friendship VBS! This year’s theme, “Wild About God’s Plan’ transformed our building into a vibrant jungle adventure as children explored God’s amazing plan throughout Scripture. From the moment campers arrived, they were surrounded by colorful jungle-themed decorations, helping bring each lesson to life. They rotated through a variety of engaging stations where they learned, sang, played, and discovered more about God and His love for them.
While the children experienced a fun and memorable day, adults also participated in several lessons in the auditorium.
This year’s VBS theme came alive through countless individuals who worked behind the scenes, preparing decorations, lessons, and organizing supplies. Every painted animal, twisted vine, prepared craft, lessons, and encouraging conversation reflected the dedication of volunteers who generously gave of their time and talents.
VBS is never the work of one person. It came together as the result of many hands working together to share God’s love with the next generation.
Our prayer is that the lessons learned during VBS will continue to grow in the hearts of those present long after the jungle decorations have been put away.
